Jeremy has 17 year of experience, has tested and inspected over 6,500 properties for mold problems, and is a Council-certified Microbial Consultant with ACAC.
In addition to the traditional methods used during mold inspections, Jeremy use a thermal imaging camera. Thermal imaging provides a non-invasive method of locating problem areas in both residential and commercial structures. With an instant high resolution thermal image, the inspector can identify potential conditions conducive to mold growth in places that cannot typically be reached with a standard moisture meter. Thermal imaging is just another tool used by Jeremy and his team to provide clients with a thorough mold inspection. In order to earn the Council-certified Microbial Consultant designation, candidates must participate in verifiable field experience as it pertains to microbial sampling, they must pass a rigorous written exam, earn unanimous approval of the board, recertify every other year, participate in 20 hours of professional development annually, and maintain the highest ethical standards.
